Returns We want you to be pleased as punch about your purchases. If you need to return something [within 30 days of purchase], please email returns@darlybird.com for Return Authorization. Item must be in brand new condition with original packaging (if applicable). Once the product has been received by Darlybird, we will refund the purchase price (minus shipping). If you have a defective item (heaven forbid!), please email and we'll get your return processed right away! We'll even refund your shipping to make up for the yucky situation.
